- Cut, fit, and repair railcars, their components, and other items as necessary to facilitate railcar repair.
- Perform all necessary AAR repairs to railcars including cutting, straightening, and car repair.

- Managing the operation of facility and the team on-site

Job Summary:
The Labourer will be responsible for assisting with the repair requirements of the customers while completing work in a safe and Responsible Care environment.
- Organizing all tool areas and maintaining the facility
- Servicing, repair and replacement of rail car components, including:
- Hopper gates, top hatch covers, running boards, brake shoes, knuckle pins, truck springs, bearing adaptors, friction casting wear plates, etc.
- Working from heights and in confined spaces
- Exterior/Interior corrosion repairs
- Exterior/Interior paint preparation, repairs and stenciling
