Procor's Canadian repair capabilities include five main repair shops, each well equipped to provide a variety of repair, maintenance and inspection services. Each repair shop is both Association of American Railroads (AAR) and Transport Canada registered. As a Responsible Care® Transportation Partner, Procor's operations are guided by Responsible Care® principles.
Strategically Located
Procor's repair shops are strategically located in Edmonton, AB; Joffre, AB; Regina, SK; Sarnia, ON; and Oakville, ON. These locations are part of an integrated North American network through affiliations with UTLX and Transco, designed to minimize transit time for repairs.

From scheduling, to pre-processing, inspection and car release, Procor has the right tools, procedures, training, and talent for timely response. We understand how costly downtime can be for our customers, so we continually look for improvement opportunities.
Visibility and Control
The Procor Link-Net® on-line collection of fleet management tools includes our shop car request facility, shop status reports, action alerts, qualifications due (Procor-leased cars), planned inspection and maintenance (Procor-leased cars), customer requirements and release notifications. Many reports are available as automatic e-mails.

Customer On-Site Locations
Some customer locations are best serviced by an on-site dedicated to their fleet repair needs. A Procor on-site can produce dramatic savings quickly, using a wide range of repair capabilities to greatly minimize and even eliminate the need to send cars to a main service centre.
Mobile Repair Teams
Often rail car repairs can be performed at a loading point or siding, eliminating the cost, time and administration associated with a car shopping. Procor mobile repair teams are available on either a scheduled or call-out basis.
