Main Service Centres

Procor's Canadian repair capabilities include five main service centres, each well equipped to provide a variety of repair, maintenance and inspection services. Each service centre is Association of American Railroads (AAR) registered and/or certified and Transport Canada registered. As a Responsible Care® Transportation Partner, Procor's operations are guided by Responsible Care® principles.

Strategically Located

Procor's service centres are strategically located in Edmonton, AB; Regina, SK; Sarnia, ON; and Oakville, ON. These locations are part of an integrated North American network through affiliations with Union Tank Car Company, designed to minimize transit time for repairs.

Fast Turnaround

From scheduling, to inspection and through to car release, Procor people have the right tools, processes, training and talent for timely response. We understand how costly down-time can be for our customers so we continually look for improvement opportunities.

Visibility and Control

Our Procor Link-Net® on-line collection of fleet management tools includes our shop car request facility, shop status reports, action alerts, qualifications due (Procor-leased cars), planned inspection and maintenance (Procor-leased cars), customer requirements and release notifications. Many reports are available as automatic e-mails.
